The prompt: In A Tight Spot.
The go time: 12 a.m. Friday, Feb 1.
The deadline: Midnight Sunday, Feb 3.
The word count: 500 max.
Beginning, middle, end, and maybe a twist, all in 500 words or less. It’s harder than it looks, and a good exercise for the creative mind. We gave writers three days to think about the prompt, sketch out a rough draft, and polish their work just enough to make deadline.
